Thiago's background spans concrete, structural carpentry, framing, cladding, weather-tightness, high-spec finishing, quality control and site leadership. Clients deal directly with the person responsible for planning, workmanship and communication.
His experience includes residential developments, high-spec homes and commercial work in Queenstown and Tauranga, progressing from hands-on delivery to acting lead-hand and site coordination responsibilities.
