DELVIK Development · Landowners

Own land with development potential?

You may not need to sell it outright. DELVIK assesses selected sites and can explore project-specific structures where a landowner participates in the development rather than simply completing a conventional sale.

A site can be more than a sale.

Where the planning, construction and commercial fundamentals support it, DELVIK can consider a structure around one specific project. The objective is to test the development first, then determine whether a sale, conditional acquisition or landowner partnership is the most appropriate pathway.

No structure is assumed in advance. Each opportunity is assessed on its own site constraints, feasibility, funding requirements, programme and market position.

Potential pathways

  • Project-specific landowner partnership
  • Conditional or deferred site acquisition
  • Conventional property purchase
  • Other agreed structure supported by professional advice

How the process works

1. Submit the site

Send the property address, approximate site information and what outcome you are open to considering.

2. Initial development screen

DELVIK reviews the location, obvious planning and site constraints, access, services and whether deeper investigation is justified.

3. Feasibility & due diligence

Promising opportunities can progress into more detailed planning, technical, cost, funding and market analysis.

4. Agree a pathway

If the project works for both sides, the proposed transaction or partnership structure can then be documented with appropriate legal and professional advice.

Submit a property

Start with the site.

The information below is enough for an initial screen. Submitting a site does not commit either party to a sale, partnership or development agreement.

Submit your site
DELVIK will use these details to assess whether the property warrants a development discussion.
PDF, JPG or PNG. Up to 3 files, 10 MB each and 15 MB combined. For larger file sets, include a share link in the message.

Important distinction

A submission is an invitation to assess an opportunity, not an offer or commitment. Any acquisition, joint venture, land contribution, profit participation, finance or other commercial arrangement would be subject to feasibility, due diligence, funding, legal documentation and agreement between the parties.
