High-spec residential carpentry and site-delivery experience.
This project record describes Thiago Cortes’ employed and project-team experience before and alongside establishing DELVIK. It is not presented as a sole-contract DELVIK project.
Role and contribution
Thiago contributed hands-on carpentry, sequencing, quality checks and crew support across detailed residential work. Acting lead-hand responsibilities developed practical experience coordinating daily activities while maintaining finish expectations.
Delivery priorities
High-spec work places pressure on set-out, weather-tightness, material protection, trade interfaces and the timing of client or consultant decisions. The experience reinforced the value of checking work before it is covered and recording issues early.
